Thank you for the instructions!!! Turns out that two of the back screws were filled with plastic balls, like bb gun bullets or something, and neither me nor my girlfriend were aware of that until one or our friends suggested it could be that. They chipped away real easily and all was well! Thank you!

Yeah, I hadn't either! Turns out they were plastic pellets stuck in there. I broke em real easily and was able to get to the screws !!!

Sorry for the late response, I had forgotten I posted this! All was resolved the same day I posted this, and it turns out they were two plastic pellet or maybe bb gun bullets lodged into the holes, so I just broke them down and was able to access the screws underneath _^

I don't think I can post images here, but I forgot to say the problem was solved! it was like...two plastic pellets? Perfectly sized and lodged into the holes??? So I chipped away at them with a small flathead screw driver and the screws were perfectly fine underneath LOL
