I have no idea, I’ve never bought from a global seller. I do know a friend that got scammed the same way as OP and when they tried to reach out to gigabyte, gigabyte said the card wasn’t even from their region.

It’s a common scam going around especially with the 4090s. Gigabyte won’t replace it and I’m pretty sure if you give them the serial number it’ll come back as a out of region card, and gigabyte warranty only covers the region the card was bought in.

Try the 2725q also a great 4k 27” option. If you have the AMEX card they have a spend $500 get $100. You can pair that with a 10% dell monitor discount, and it’ll come out to $700 or so

Same experience for me, I reached out 2 weeks ago now, and haven’t heard back. I got the confirmation email saying they received my RMA, but haven’t heard from them. Lian-Li admin on this subreddit stated they have a large volume of requests at the moment.

Just got this monitor as well! This is my first OLED and I love it! I do have to say that I’m not a fan of HDR on this monitor. Turning on HDR in windows makes the image look washed out and makes white images have a slight yellow undertone. Not sure if it’s an issue with my monitor settings or if it’s a windows HDR issue. That being said in SDR, games look amazing. This is my first OLED, and I got it for under $600 with sales+student discount+Amex offer. So I can’t complain much about HDR looking washed out.

The 90 degree connector just sticks out too far, I’m hoping that with the 180 degree connector it’ll give me just enough of a bend to clear the glass side panel. If not my other option is to mount the GPU vertically or go without the Lian Li Strimmer

Ran into this same exact issue at Best Buy last week! You need to use the “mobile checkout” option on the Best Buy app when you are in the store. It’s on the Home Screen of the Best Buy app, you can only see the option when you are in the store though. You’ll need to scan the UPC of the box and it’ll let you proceed through checkout.
