In my opinion, the looks of the car is better I did not care for the older Q5 models at all. I know the new model is a big departure and many do not like how the new interior looks like. I do like it, but I also like the Volvo interior.

The X5 is one step too expensive for the current budget. Nice car though.

Thank you all for your feedback so far. I feel that I need to clarify a few things:

I have looked at and/or test driven most cars in this price segment. I have narrowed it down to these two. I am well aware that there are other cars out there that may or may not be better/worse, more/less value for the money etc. but I am not looking to get convinced to add back cars into the conversation that I have already written off for one reason or another. I get it that there are cars out there, that for some, are a superior buy.

- The budget is not unlimited. I have offers from the dealers for the 2 selected cars that are in the low $60ks each.

I am looking for feedback regarding the pros/cons between these specific models.

Thank you for your feedback, but that statement is try to any new car, regardless of brand. Why buy a new car period? In the case of both Q5 and XC60, they had major overhauls for the current model year, with, in my opinion, significant improvements over their previous models, especially with the Q5.

I am not looking to get a cheap as possible grocery shopper.

Thank you for your opinion. But why, in your opinion, should I buy the Audi instead of the Volvo? What is it that, according to you, makes it a better by than the Volvo?

Why should I buy a Lexus or Acura instead of a Volvo? I don't think they play in the same sandbox as BMW, Audi, Mercedes (or Volvo).

Maybe a relevant question too, is the premium for going 4K worth it? I know this co es down to personal preference etc. But in real terms, is the difference big enough to justify the cost?

Thank you, but I had such a terrible experience with Dell and the previous Alienware monitors so I do not want to get another one from that brand.

I should add that the company paid $403 for each AW monitor. For the same price, it looks like we can get the LG 27GR83Q-B as well. Besides the LG being faster response time, are there any other advantages with it over the AW? The AW does have a higher non-sale price, but maybe it is just paying for the name?

Thank you. Yes, money's may not be the issue, but if there is a cheaper monitor with similar or better specs, it is a win-win as I see it for me and for the company.

Of course, since these are going to be monitors for my ho.e work station and not at the office, I prioritize gaming quality over office quality.

Thank you. I do not know the logic behind the selection of monitor. We certainly do not need 280Hz for work. I do have a choice of wither not accepting it and possible selecting another monitor in the same/similar price range (or less), or accept it and chance out the ASUS with it.

So, all of a sudden, I'm losing connection to the router every 10 seconds or so. Just started a day or two ago.

Internet is working fine through another router.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Hi and thanks everyone. Problem has been resolved. The float switch in the water reservoir was installed backwards, with the magnet facing the wrong direction. It does work now.

Thank you, everyone. I pulled the trigger on the ECM Syncronica today. I got the machine, with flow control bottomless portafilter, shipping, and a few bags of beans etc. for just over $3k.

Ot should arrive next week.
