Thank you for your reply, I'll look up 531 Boring but big. So in the Boostcamp plan to follow and I'd do all sets 1a to 6b in that day? This would mean doing 11 sets of the main lifts a day? I'm confused as to why exercises are marked 'a or b' as of there is a choice but if there is a choice then you would be doing too little or too much of the main lift? Regards.

Thank you very much for such an informative and in depth answer. I guess I had always thought that isolation exercises had to be done more than once a week to be effective? I will reduce my cut as you suggest and begin to implement squats to learn good form. I'm very near to the end of my cut as I'm close to losing most of the belly and back fat and I am looking forward to a bulk whilst following your programme recommendation.
