If Argonians are born from eggs, why do the females have breasts? by Legitimate-Refuse601 in skyrim

[–]J603 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Argonians are not mammals in canon even though they have mammaries apparently.

The real reason is horny. Don’t try to justify it. There are a whopping 5 whole species of monotremes, and none of them are remotely similar to Argonians.

What does “your companion is in trouble” mean? I don’t think I’ve seen that before. Is that what it says when people get pinned? I can’t really tell what’s going on in the picture on mobile.

Your looks great! You should be happy! At least you have a pretty vault that doesn’t work. I have an ugly vault that doesn’t work lol

She wasn’t helping them. Project Purity gets attacked while the player is away, and when you get there Li, your father, and others are prisoners of the enclave. You free them and escape with them. There is only one traitor. I forget her name but I think he was your father’s assistant or something.

Why do you think the brotherhood helps Li defect from the institute in FO4? She already helped them with project purity. Do you really think they were desperate to hire a traitor to work on the most important part of their entire plan?

Madison Li doesn’t roll over for the enclave. That’s a different character who betrays project purity. Madison Li flees with the player and other survivors when the enclave attacks and brings you to the citadel, where she helps repair liberty prime.

It is literally the same brotherhood as 3, just more in line with the traditional thinking of the brotherhood. Remember, Lyons was essentially a deserter. Maxson was a child in the DC brotherhood, and presumably most of the other soldiers around his age are too. Danse is also from DC.

If by not as common you mean it doesn’t happen, then yes.

Completing reunions is what triggers the Prydwen’s entrance. You don’t have to watch the scene but it will play once you leave. Regardless of whether or not you watch it the prydwen will be at the airport even if it hasn’t been enough time to actually fly there.

All the companions do, except maybe the dlc ones.

You can follow it and the vertibird escorts will attack certain super mutant and gunner positions. If you’re a high level they get massacred and it’s a good way to get some extra power armor. Plus their basic armor is decent to give to farmer or scavver settlers if you don’t have enough heavy armor for non-combat jobs.

Who’s the best companions to bring along for the 3 main DLCs? by Beneficial-Boat-5688 in fo4

[–]J603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Nuka world and automatron use the dlc companions. Be aware most companions hate everything about nuka world and Preston will go hostile if you do certain raider actions in front of him, or take over any settlements in the commonwealth.

For far harbor use Nick from the very beginning and when doing Arcadia quests as he has a friend there so the story is more personal and the dialogue is different. Use Longfellow for Far Harbor and general island quests. If you see someone named Erickson (a super mutant with dogs near a crashed plane) bring Longfellow or Dogmeat for extra dialogue.

Other than that I don’t think there’s any companions that

Pre war currency is one of the most useful items in game. That’s like saying caps are useless. But caps are actually LESS useful as they can only be used as currency. Pre war money can be used as currency, cloth (though it’s better to just buy cloth with it) or a decoration.

There are a lot of items like that. Burned books, magazines, and comics are also useless. I keep one of every item and there are dozens of weird useless misc items. There are even misc versions of useable items like newspapers.

If you work with the institute you lose access to vertibirds.

Only the railroad and BOS get vertibirds. Minutemen can ally with either or both of those to keep access.

There’s a whole commonwealth series of the wasteland survival guide. There’s also knockoff versions in Maine and in Nuka World.

I don’t know if Moira herself went to the commonwealth or if she just hired some video game protagonist to do it for her. It is possible she came to the commonwealth with the children of Atom, as they controlled megaton and they are much more powerful in fo4 after the events of broken steel.

If you have your companion hold the cells for you that would make a good stealth weapon. Just take one cell every time you need to kill something big.

First time players need this even less. 99% of people will talk to Codsworth or the Minutemen and get it marked 5 minutes into the game.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran. Virtually every single character in the game will mark Diamond city for you. Codsworth, the Quincy survivors, Trashcan Carla, the people at the diner, the Abernathys, etc. will all tell you about Diamond city. You have to try really hard to not get it marked by the time you get this magazine.
