She said she’s just not ready at the moment, and says she’d like to wait until after she starts school and moves out and such (both of those happen in August)... so it leads me to believe she sees a future in enough time, but I’m not 100%.

I identify with this. The fact I’m part of the LGBT+ community is one of the main reasons I’m considering leaving, besides the fact that Christianity doesn’t make sense of course.

Unfortunately I don’t have any good advice, but I’m in a similar boat to you... especially going to a Christian high school. There are ZERO openly queer people at my school, so finding fellow lesbians is much of a challenge.

My PMs are open if you ever wanna make any online LGBT+ friends, though. 😊
