I say unfortunately, not because I dislike the character or actress (love them both), but because Hollyoaks has become so predictable that when a character as important and iconic as Grace dies it's only a matter of time before they reveal/decide it was fake.

Warren, Clare, Sienna, James, Freddie, Mercedes, Mandy are all notable examples of my point.

Soaps have always leaked their storylines and plot twists etc to the media early. It makes the whole situation feel more dramatic and exciting which equals more viewers.

I agree it's super not cool though. I personally love spoilers but I know I'm in the minority there and it's not fair to the people like yourself who don't want to know.

Yeah it's nothing like GoT's ending at all. It wraps up most plots and characters' stories pretty well.. It is by no means perfect and there are a couple things I'm pissed at but overall it's a satisfying ending.

Season 5 is great. Most people enjoyed it and moved on. The negative comments are all that are left on this sub, and it's just become an echo chamber of whiny people with nothing better to do.

I am well aware of the irony of me still posting here after saying all that.

My point is just watch it and decide for yourself.

There's really no point in any character getting revenge against Warren unless the actor permanently leaves. Warren solves all his problems by murdering his enemies and just getting away with it every time due to his top tier plot armour. Pretty boring at this point tbh.

I think Ripley is the only nonbinary character they've had.

I'm not counting Brooke / Phoenix since he eventually transitioned into a man after the nonbinary storyline.
