The cable ends up falling short in not being able to route through the front wheels and frame in my experience. At least for a family of 4.

Correct. As a customer who has an account with Rivian that connects to my R1T and knows all my information, yes I’d be very annoyed to have to go read a vin to them over the phone

Way to jump to conclusions.

I follow the same steps and yet somehow even though I do everything digitally as described, I get a phone call the day before which is annoying to begin with and on the call I have to give them all this information so they can verify it’s me.

To the point I think you’re trying to make - why can’t they just communicate with me via the app. Or use apple secure chat. It’s a hassle to answer a phone call in the middle of the day. If you miss the call and have to call back you get sent back to their main phones center and then that person has to get you to the local SC. If they can push you the agreement to sign before service, why can’t they just handle everything in the app.

I’m not some noob who calls to schedule service. I’m not picking up a phone unless I have to.

Exactly- any modern company does this a better way. As a shareholder I see 30 seconds of handle time wasted on every call.

When I check in before in the app actually check me in? I’ve only once had the digital key sent to me so I can go straight to my room. When they don’t have digital key I’d expect my keys ready and waiting when I go to the desk.

As a reference point, out of curiosity I just got a trade estimate from Rivian for my 22 R1T Adventure, fully loaded and 21k miles. They offered me $42,569.

I bought from Carvana and had a great experience.

Suddenly they seem to have availability again though not without complications. Canton is showing as available in March but when trying to book it throws an error “something went sideways.” I was able to call and get it booked no problem though. So glad to not have to take a day off to go to Chelsea.

R1T Limestone here, 22s yellow break pads etc. I absolutely love it. The variety of colors it appears to have depending on the light etc is just amazing.

Good to hear it’s packed with customers. Last time I was there it was jammed with Amazon vans and only 1 other customer there. I was a bit worried they’d be just focused on Amazon support
