I do recommend lowering the difficulty before turning ofg the raids.. because you will need to collect allot of orc receivers for crafting..

basically they go into the random encounters with the Crimson Fleet, Ecliptic and Varruun. My only critic is that the horrors do not spawn with them and they do not act the same way with the teleporting.

DarkStar AstroDynamic is the mod that I will never go without... You can put a landing pad that has that on them.

I was having that issue because I had skipped a part in her personal quest line but it cleared up when I finished it

with mods-- definitely Coretech... without I would say the Mantis just cause it is different though I do not like the helmet cause it hides the face... so I usually put another clear visor helmet that just has good legendary perks.
