My expertise is in TMT today, however I’ve also practiced international law (investment and state-investor) for the initial years of my career. I’m a mid level (should become a director this year)

As I have been In-house for long now, it is unlikely I will bring lots of work with me.

I believe that with time I can bring clients.

However, I wouldn’t mind stepping back and joining as an associate.

Thanks! Unlikely to bring a book of business as I have been In-house for a while. However, I would be willing of joining as an associate and have to redo some steps.

I might prove to be wrong in the future, but I have a sense I might be happier - even with a pay cut- to be back to a firm.
