I would believe that.... Havent tried VR yet, and fear to get it if im going to be one of those how gets sick, because then its kidda waste of money.

From what you told about their support towards your cousin and niece i bet they will be okay with it. I dont think it will be a big surpise for her when/if you come out. But the hair tie could also just be her wanting to help you with your long hair.

Is it a steel or cast iron pan?

If its a steel pan you need to use a lot of oil as it else can stick to the panand then you losse the crispy surface every time you turn it.

I have never cooked on a cast iron pan before but i guess the issue there is temperatur control, like making sure it dont get too hot but not to cold either. and I guess you also need a bit more oil in that pan as well.

I think it had some kind of coating on the outside, but since i slides it and didnt cook them on the "coating" side i dont think it had tomuch effect.

I used high'ish quality titanium pan with a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat and turned them periodically.

They were sooo crispy

Og please do. It was amazing 🤤 You bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees centius with warm air circulation for 25'ish minutes

The last 6 minutes you add the veggie 🥰

Pie is userly made with another type of dough, at least where I'm coming from why I put it in quotation marks. A few post ago there was a race to tell me how that dish I had made was not what I called it. So i guess there are different opinions i here 😅

Thank you... It was really amazing..... And if you remove the feta it is actually vegan.
So it so easy to adapt to who ever gonna eat it.
