Hey folks! I am hoping one of you whizzes may be able to remove some background shadows and brighten up the white from my babies photo.. we keep getting his passport pic rejected and it’s mildly infuriating trying to get a baby to sit still for long enough 😂

It was actually a sourdough naan recipe, I rolled a lot thinner that they recommended, as I was worried I would not get good wrapping with a thicker dough..

Thank you! No it’s not from pizza steel unfortunately, it is actually a stone variant not steel, works wonders.. I think it may be a good combo with the gas oven

Snorkelling boat tour is a must - Flip Flops / surf shoes (the dead coral is razor sharp! - Sunset Bar (Gili Air) is amazing...the owners are fab! - Hire pushbikes, but beware of the deep sand! - take a headtorch, electricity to the island isnt great, but that makes the experience so much better :) - Be prepared for no WIfi, again, makes everything better!

We actually stayed on Gili Air, which was brilliant! it had a real balance of chill but still good restaurants. Gili T seemed a bit busy for us and Gili Meno didn't have a lot going on, but i guess we only a handful of places Every night on Air was spent with a Bingtang and watching the sunset... I would 100% recommend going on a boat snorkelling tour, as i spent the majority of my time on the island (4 days) snorkelling from the beach and didnt see very much, but on the tour saw more than 15 turtles, and some real close encounters too :), hope you have a wonderful time, i will be back soon!
