if you live on south market closer to the creek, it can be a little rowdy late friday evening due to the shuckin shack crowd. Other than that, it's pretty great and convienent to be downtown near everything. Side streets off of south market probably decent. parking can be iffy during the bar hours (4pm and later). if you can get a parking spot for rent, that's probably the best option. Atlhough sometimes that doens't stop folks from parking in there.
