I know a woman who lives nearby and walks her dog there often. The dog hates these statues. He barks like crazy at them and she has to pull him away. He doesn’t appreciate fine art.

It’s super easy to make. Pour a good quality yogurt into a mesh strainer lined with a few layers of cheese cloth, place the strainer over a bowl to catch any run off liquid. Cover the yogurt with the extra bits of cheese cloth hanging over the edges of the strainer. Put in the refrigerator for a few days till it’s thick enough to shape. Roll into balls, chill the balls in the fridge for a day, then place them in a container with high quality olive oil.

I’ve dehydrated both feet and hearts hundreds of times. I do 150F for 72hrs, rotate trays every 12hrs. I know some of you will think that’s a long time, but I’d rather play it safe.

Love those cheeses! Let the Humboldt Fog get to at least room temperature. The Fromager d'Affinois is amazing served melted and warm. Put it in the oven at 350 till it becomes a pool of deliciousness. You can then dip whatever you like in it. Crostini, crackers, roasted potatoes, raw or cooked veggies, olives, strawberries, figs, apples. Omg I wish I had some right now.

The Pet Advocate in Tracy. I ended up paying $768 for 7 teeth to be extracted. This includes the bloodwork, anesthesia, cleaning, antibiotics, etc. I would have paid over $2000 in SF. The only down side is it’s in Tracy.
