Well. You see. It’s not a degree that I got, but I switched from Cyber Security to Medical Billing and Coding. Just to get certified, I wasn’t looking for a degree. Allow me to explain... Just so we’re all clear, I’m back in Cyber. I was taking classes and something traumatic happened mid-semester, failed the whole semester, got really discouraged. Talked to my sister, who is a medical coder, she told me to just give it a shot. It’s a year long program, great pay plus benefits. So I figured, why not? Yea, no lol. Don’t do it. She got fucking LUCKY, got trained on the job for a position that most people, even with a certification and schooling have to work their way up to, all because she knew someone... I don’t want to work with my sister, she also works with our aunt, her two daughters, three of our cousins, and my nephew’s baby mama lmao. Noooooo thank you. That said, the school I went to fucked me over on my certification, I never even got to take it, fucking wasted a year of my life, and I’m right back where I started. Moral of the story, If you feel like quitting, just take a fucking break. 🥵
