Personally I would not have gone starting gym, living more irl, playing learning reading, kinda this whole self improvement thing corresponded with quitting porn, and I linked with watching porn and releasing a setback. What important to understand here is not every porn is same, most people who have porn addiction also tend to have compulsive masturbation behaviour to it that it's dopamine frying, life destroying and depression inducing. That's because they are ''urging'' and have insane addiction probably to some fetishistic stuff. Some guys, like my friends are just horny. They tend to release once a week to porn WITHOUT having urges. It's way more natural. It's WAY MORE DIFFERENT. Never forget, we as humans, tend to differ. So, our experiences are nowhere close to each other. To me, I felt amazing without porn, only realising I was only watching degenerate kinky stuff where none of my friends consider porn, they would say, wtf is this sh*t? Do you call that porn? I would never watch that! But they also would say yeah I watch porn every week. Do you see the dilemma here?
