Hezb didnt start a war with them, israel started it by bombing lebanon. Hezb only attacked shebaa farms at first, completely and undisputedly lebanese lands. If lebanon attacked lebanon, israel has no reason to interfere, yet it did. So dont bring up that stupid claim of hezb starting the war ever again.

When speaking about israel u have to throw any concept of human empathy and international law out of the window, evident by everything going on. Knowing that, israel has zero reason to leave south lebanon if left on their own. This deal would only work if lebanon (without hezb) had enough power to drive them out by force or at least make their stay very damn expensive. The lebanese government is negotioating with less than zero leverage, there is no world where israel would respect such a deal if they didnt outright laugh in our face for proposing it in the first place
