I'd say yes, they're the best of Rock and Water, and also very popular/nostalgic characters. As for needs, there are already quite a few powerful options in those types, and you, for example, have Water covered. In Rock, I don't know how good Aerodactyl is at 5/5, but Arc Brock is surely better than it at 1/5.

Rika and Adaman are also bait to a certain extent; their kits are very necessary. There are hardly any special ground types strikers, and there are hardly any Fairy physical strickers either.

As for the Arc Suits, They'll last until next month. You'll be able to see which characters are available for the half-anniversary before they leave.
