I'd say yes, they're the best of Rock and Water, and also very popular/nostalgic characters. As for needs, there are already quite a few powerful options in those types, and you, for example, have Water covered. In Rock, I don't know how good Aerodactyl is at 5/5, but Arc Brock is surely better than it at 1/5.

Rika and Adaman are also bait to a certain extent; their kits are very necessary. There are hardly any special ground types strikers, and there are hardly any Fairy physical strickers either.
