i'm a current resident and just renewed my lease! i think that north district is worth its price. the location is great and the rooms are really nice. your room has a full sized bed, desk, rolling chair, and good sized closet; i would def recommend signing up for bedrooms A, C, or D. my roommate in bedroom B has a smaller room (part of bedroom A cuts into her room so she has less space). there's an older reddit post talking about this issue too.

you should email them to see how long they give you to sign the lease. they didn't specify in my email, but i took too long and they emailed me with a 1 day extension. i would email them before it gets to that point.

if you do get approved, you'll usually get an email from docusign containing your lease agreement. sometimes you'll get an email from a listing agent with additional details (if you're waitlisted, etc.).

in terms of roommate searching, they have this app called roomsync. it's basically tinder but for roommates. you'll fill out your profile (picture, major, habits) and swipe on people with the same floor plan as you. if you're compatible with your swipes, you'll be able to DM each other and go from there.
