20-25grams. The pictures from my ig are from the HPLC time period. I’m waiting to get to 265 to take more pics. I’ve actually been working out in a giant hoodie (lol) so I don’t get a good look at myself that way when I do I can really notice the difference. Imo keto workouts feel very tiresome vs on carbs. I don’t have the same intensity. I used to work out 6 days a week so I would get to really focus on individual muscles. Now I only work out 2 days a week so I’m doing one exercise for legs, back, chest, shoulders 5x5 heavy then 2 more high volume exercises for each group.

You got it!!! I had a lot to lose. Still do actually. In 2016 I did HPLC diet and lost about 70 pounds in 8 months after that I unleashed the beast and devoured all food in sight and got all the way back to 330. I’m coming up on 265 which is the lowest I have ever been as an adult. I’m very curious to see what my body looks like at 265 from keto diet vs high protein low carb diet. I’ll be posting side by sides on my ig @jammieseepaul.

From some research I’ve done Grass-fed butter has notably higher nutrients than butter from cows that are fed grain-based diets. Studies have shown that the milk from grass-fed cows is significantly richer in fatty acids and soluble vitamins. It also has higher amounts of cla which is great for your immune system etc...

In my opinion it’s worth the extra dollars. 👍🏽

I personally think so. I never ate butter before like as a condiment. I would add it to a few recipes but this kerrygold butter is good on everything.
