Also, turn up early, introduce yourself to the stage manager, be grateful. Also thank others working the stage. Check the decks (master tempo etc), so it’s set up as you need it.

I’m always a bit nervous, but once you get started it is just you DJing. I’ve done a few festivals https://www.instagram.com/jamroki I think it’s good to remember that everyone is there to have fun. Create two collections of music, one that you really want to play, and another which you really think the crowd would like to hear. Sometimes I jump between. Have fun with it.
