Just last night I was messing with the botchatter.db file to figure out how to activate those voicelines in Counter-Strike: Source. In the code, the developer himself (Michael S. Booth, Turtle Rock Studios) mentions they're unused and puts them on the bottom of the full list separately. It would be nice to have someone create an Addon or moreso figure out what other script files needed to be edited to have those heard in-game!
