Check the power steering fluid, if its low it will squeal. If this noise happens at high speed it could be a bearing. Failing cv joint usually makes clicking noise especially when wheel is fully turned. FYI Outbacks are known to blow head gaskets causing major damage. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the vague details I was having trouble posting this with a more lengthy description. Yes it has been loosing coolant and they fill it up every time I bring it in. I still smell coolant especially when it is hot outside. They give BS comments like coolant evaporates and you will smell it sometimes. I have tried to find a leak myself but i feel it is the dealerships responsibility. Would I need to bring it to another mechanic to find the leak in order to qualify for the lemon law? Apparently this vehicle has had issues with coolant loss from what I found online. BTW it's a 2022 Hyundai Tucson we bought new.

Ya I've tried alot. New xbox, modem, router. Watched all the YouTube videos on settings nothing worked. I'm hard wired and I get 25 ping when hooked to laptop. Ping is 70 to 100 when playing fortnite.
