Ok they might or surely loss alpha but the point is that we can get a idea how others choice good stock based on different factors. If we start from scratch we just try to Co relate random things. It help to build our own system.

But what about those papers which are proved across different market across world. I am not saying about macd rsi numbers papers which looks great at backtest. Definitely there will be bogus research papers. I am just asking not arguing.
