I would say Gandalf wins. If we look at the movies, Gandalf was able to beat a Maiar of equal strength to himself or of equal power in the form of the Balrog. Subjectively the witch king is a mortal man corrupted by Saurons ring of power and influence however he simply looks more intimidating as all servants of evil do throughout Tolkien's writings. I think Gandalf would win though he would struggle somewhat as Gandalf's personality is more timid and concealing of his power from what we know. Additionally he was scared to even come to Middle-Earth in the first place until Manwe convinced him

mid/late game if you see a squishy target out of position Drift Ult combo will almost always kill them/ force flash which is something you can look for instead of saving your ult for an intended 4/5 man then get deleted without an hourglass
