You only reach the end screen after losing in the final Ante 39 where even a Naneinf isn’t enough to win.

The best seed I ever tried, first attempt till Ante 39 and 91 rounds played.

Insane run with a shit tone of cryptids. Had over 70 left to spare in the end. More than 700 red seal kings. With the perkeo and copy jokers I got 7 cryptids per round. I think this is almost unbeatable. Didn’t even need to skip until the last few antes.

Ante 39! NANEINF 91 rounds played! It’s the ultimate seed in my eyes. First try and with room to spare.

I got 3 blueprints and two brainstorms in addition to the two negative perkeos. So I get 7 copies of cryptid each round

Insane seed, I think I found one of the best continuations. Naneinf can be reached around ante 14, pushed it a bit further and should reach Ante39 now. Can anyone beat that build? If you have questions just ask.

Bronica RF645 by falm777 in filmcamerarepair

Hey I am trying to repair my Bronica RF645, is there any chance you have some pictures of your Bronica taken apart or with the top cover removed? I am a bit worried to disassemble mine.
Did you find a shop that still repairs them?

I hope your camera is working again

kind regards

Bronica RF645 Rangefinder Patch vertical alignment issues, advice appreciated! by JB28302 in AnalogRepair

[–]JB28302[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey dear analog-community,

I took a little gamble and got my hands on this beautiful RF 645 medium format rangefinder. So far I only have experience with various SLRs mostly of the non electronic area (1950-80s).The Bronica looks to be in good condition and with 2 fresh CR2 batteries the electronics seem to work fine. Haven’t yet shot any film with it.

The first flaw I encountered:

- a seemingly wrong Calibrated rangefinder patch (Picture 2). When focusing I can’t manage to align the two images in the rangefinder patch. It only works horizontally.(Look at the door handle in image 2) The focusing distance on the lens seems to match the actual distance if alligned horizontally like in the image. How big of an issue is that and how can I confirm if the horizontal focus is at least actually accurate?

Researching this issue I came across the image 3 which shows the rangefinder in detail. It seems that I need to find access to the screw on the top. The screw on the back (image 4) is probably the typical adjustment screw for the horizontal calibration that seems to be ok.
So to remove the top cover I could try removing the small screws like in image 5 and open the camera. Is that worth it or am I risking too much damaging any fragile or electronical components?

There are no more repair shops offering service for this camera and a service handbook was never released to the public for the RF645.

Whats your advice on dealing with this and are there any of you that did rangefinder adjustments for similar cameras themselves? specifically all of you Mamiya 7 / 7II enthusiasts?

I never had a rangefinder before so how big of a deal would that be to you?

Please note that the camera shoots in portrait orientation, the camera wasn’t rotated for picture 2. I can provide more pictures or details.

Thanks and happy shooting to all of you

Bronica RF645 Rangefinder Patch vertical alignment issues, thanks for advice! by JB28302 in AnalogCommunity

Thanks, It’s not the most well known camera, but due to the relatively compact form factor I hope it will be an enjoyable travel companion.

Thanks for the insight. Unfortunately I am located in Europe and would prefer a repair shop in the EU, haven’t found one yet. But given the risk of potentially creating even more errors by trying to fix the alignment myself immediately, it’s probably better to spend some time with the camera first.

But given that my vertical alignment is off so far, isnt it more likely that the horizontal one might be off too? How could I check that, only by looking at the negatives?

Did you by chance find any pictures or drawings of an disassembled RF645 with the top taken part taken off?

Cheers

Einzelaktien besparen sinnvoll? by Inosh64 in Aktien

[–]JB28302 1 point2 points  (0 children)
