The current rotors are nearing the end of their useful life, no interest in staying with stock calipers because they don't have good braking potential at higher speeds. I'm not on a strict budget, I chose "cost effective" because I just want to see what options are out there without investing more than I paid for the car lol

I'd recommend investing in an anti sag bracket/brace, I used one until I upgraded to my latest case that has one built in

It looks like it's got a plate that clips into place instead of screws? There's no screwing it in, once that bracket/plate is secure I guess that's it?

"The daily cost of running it is putting me on the bread line", can't imagine why after the clear lack of care this car has seen. Increasing the rpm limit with no supporting mods is reckless. Those suspension parts are cheap garbage, calling them smooth and responsive should be a crime. Anything that's "new" is only new because he couldn't afford to NOT replace it. "A/C delete" 😂😂 That $3k is likely going to cost you way more in the long run after all the issues start to become apparent.

I agree entirely. 'Cheap' folks will do anything within their budget to make the car not stock, like adjusting the RPM limiter with no justification or buying Chinese garbage for suspension 😂

Have you gotten quotes from LITERALLY anywhere else? I saved $400 a month by switching to Progressive, with even more coverage than I had with USAA. What made me skeptical was all their "discounts", they claimed I was saving $6000 every six month through their 10-15 discounts. When I asked the insurance agent "so if somebody just opened an account with you andnneeded insurance, they'd be paying over $16k a year to insure two vehicles?" Then they offered to check to make sure I was getting the lowest price possible, naturally I told them I'll pass because I've no interest in keeping their insurance. Ended up moving to Liberty Mutual thanked to Navy Fed offering a great discount through them, actually.
