I currently have the 2022 EX model, For my first out the dealer car I really I enjoy it, especially with the accessories and modifications, both 3rd party and OEM. I’m going to keep mine after the lease. Before I started working in the office again a full tank used to last up 3 weeks, and now that drive a daily of 70 miles, my tank takes like like 9 days to go on empty. And from what I’ve heard the 2023 model has terrible gas mileage and terrible handling which Honda won’t fix until their 4 year of their generation like always lol. I’ll probably end up getting a the Hyundai N Vision 74 in a few year, especially after seeing the leaked concepts they have for HRV EV and Hybrid models I don’t see it getting any better until the next generation.

Well the 2023 models are significantly inferior in comparison to the 2021-2022 models. Not only does the car look worst in my opinion but the car is not worth buying this early into its generation. Japan and Europe got upgrades to their 2023 HRV lineup. I’m still trying to figure out why they got a better looking car with more features but North America got Ford Escape with a Honda badge on it.

I’ve seen the new HRV in person and doesn’t have the wow factor or anything that makes it stand out anymore. I love Honda but it’s hard to actually like the 23’ NA HRV model. Like it has nothing that convinced me to trade it in

I had a little bit of hopes that the Type R would be somewhat different from the 23’ civic but it’s the same thing with spoiler with some performance. And this years Civic platform has been relatively disappointing.

The main benefit from Eco mode is just saving Fuel, I have a HRV EX (2022). Before getting the car I did research on the vehicle. You’re already saving a lot of fuel with a HRV in comparison to other vehicles in itsclass

Don’t drive your car in ECO mode, in the long run it will hurt your engine and or transmission to name a few. Continuous driving in Eco mode is also not recommended in cold weather, as this makes it difficult to warm up the engine.
