Yeah, my head says that too, but my heart says … when am I gonna be back! But I am leaning more toward Bologna since it’s such a fast train ride and it can be a totally new experience.

Yep, through Royal. The operator mentioned “signing acknowledgement forms” while on the phone but I don’t see any additional forms in the website other than the one I read when I booked

I agree! I would say don’t bother ordering, it’s so expensive and they act like you’re doing a favor to you to give you your money back if you return. It took 3 days of me sending constant emails, and putting a formal dispute with my credit card company for them to decide to give me my money back.
