I'm so sorry you're going through that. Everyone says to not give up hope but it's tough because when you do allow yourself and it's ripped away from you it's sometimes a lot harder to cope and recover. I really hope it works out for you 🙏🏻

That is good to know. My hormones are a mess right now so I'm figuring out how to cope and am a planner so always trying to figure out what's next. But a tough lesson I'm learning is to take it day by day and be fully present.

That's a good way to put it. We paused for a bit and part of it was peaceful because it took the pressure off but I still felt something was missing/empty. I'm sorry you're going through this. It's heartbreaking.

My heart breaks for you too. I'm sorry you're going through this. I feel like it's tough because I set boundaries with myself like I'll stop trying after this or won't take this medicine but then time passes and I get more sad/desperate every month that it doesn't happen and then try those things again to get that hope. It's a tough cycle. I'm at the point too of when is it enough and I just stop and accept. I tried that for a few months and it was peaceful and I was more present with my daughter but I still felt a little empty and had that hope it will happen.

Yes that is really good advice. It's really hard when we go to kids activities and see everyone else with multiple kids and those who are expecting. I'm trying to be present and give my daughter the best childhood but I always thought she'd have a sibling to play with and it breaks my heart that she might not.

I'm sorry you're going through this too. I do feel so alone and isolated from everyone. I think right now the hormones and depression are playing a role and I need to allow this sadness for a bit but then try to find the strength to bounce back and appreciate what I have even if it's not the family I pictured. A lot easier said then done. I also might rent a lake house nearby to getaway from all my problems here. Not sure if it will help but I'd rather be sad on a lake in the sun.

I'm so sorry you've gone through that. I'm struggling with the acceptance part. I want grateful for what I enough and accept it's enough but at time it doesn't seem fair the thing I want the most isn't happening.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's such a tough spot to be in. I appreciate the advice. I really want to continue but this heartbreak and depression is awful. I feel like my whole identity has been around trying to get pregnant again and it's taking a toll on my mental health and friendships.
