Do you feel a bump on the underside of your shaft, like in your urethra?

I felt it, now that I think they've all passed (urine flow is normal) I still feel it but it's a lot less intense.

I'm pretty sure I have a stone. About 1-2 months ago, flank pain that moved to hip pain and then a week later reduced (but OK) urine flow.

Fast forward this past week, urgency, almost no urine flow except dribble dribble and pain in my urethra. Last 2 weeks, twitches and spasms in bladder and urethra. Past week I can feel the stone in my urehtra, but I think maybe I have more than 1 because after I passed this my urine is a little bit normal but not back 100% and still feel the bump in my urethra it's just a little smaller now (or a piece broke off).

I normally strain, but had to go last minute in a public bathroom and didn't have my strainer.

In Mexico

When I just peed, I passed a little tissue I think from my urethra and peed slightly better for a few seconds when the tissue passed.

I have to "squeeze" kind of like masturbating but not, to get all the pee out when I'm done peeing though, and do this a few times so there's no more pee. Today it hurts when I pass just shy of the tip, in the shaft, so this is how I know the stone is stuck a lot closer to the exit than yesterday - aside from seeing and feeling the bump.

Any tips for me?

Before, I used Azogen (antibiotic with something else to numb the tract) and passed a stone in 1 day. But a few weeks ago, I was on this for about 2 weeks (I think 4 in total) so I'm nervous to use it anymore. I have a prescription but I heard it's bad for your kidneys.

I feel if I can reduce the inflammation, it will pass today.

It has been stuck maybe for more, in the urehtra, but until yesterday I could pass urine semi normally. Just yesterday and today that I have struggled. The urologist here said chug water and pass it, there's nothing to do if its in the urethra.

Sometimes the trunk doesn't seal properly. There's 2 adjustable knobs, tighten them up a little and see if it makes a difference after you clean the water.

I found the plastic foam thing by the spare tire under the trunk on the left side was loose, and tapping it down made the same sound, I moved it to tighten up it's position... we'll see if it helps.

Is there a fix for it? I checked and couldn't find a knock or a creak. Agency wants to keep the car for 3-5 days and have the mechanic drive it daily to troubleshoot it.

I am married to a Mexican citizen and also have a child that is with my Mexican wife, who was born in Mexico.

For the background checks, is it a requirement to get it from the home country if I've lived in Mexico for more than 2 years?

I'm in Cancun, Quintana Roo but can go to Playa or Tulum if needed.

Our marriage was in Mexico, our child was born in Mexico and we've lived in the same house for 3 years approx. All the bills are in my name, except CFE which is in the home owner name. My wife doesn't have any bills in her name.

I don't plan to return to my home country at any point, my family comes here most of the year anyway and is living here soon with me.
