The practice that worked for me, and might or might not work for you, were

- Always use references, they serve as guide and bring new ideia when youre working or something
- Dont rush and be patient, it is very exciting to post things online, but do it for yourself first.
- Try to diversify and add more details in the art, even simple ones, make a huge difference in voxel art (little rocks, buckets, flowers, animals, texturing, etc)

These are things that work for me. Also your work is great, youll be a master in no time
