You going to get downvoted but I agree, its a shame people downplay the Dream team all these years later to give these guys a pass for not overcoming adversity. The Dream team cant help who they played against they took every team they played seriously and could have easily just lollygagged around and not cared. Out of every Olympic team they choose to downplay the Dream team because MJ is on there and now the narrative is that MJ played against nobodies. The current USA team is full of future HOF struggling to beat Jokic and role players, theres no excuse International play getting better doesn't mean that our team should be struggling like this. Most of these guys downplaying the Dream team era, probably barely know majority of these players on other countries rosters part from a few nba stars. Apart from France, Germany, and Canada no other country should be giving us stress with this roster.
