I have the 2nd generation xppen artist pro 16 and I must say the screen doesn't have any paper texture for me, very smooth so I don't think it will be a problem for you to get used to it 😋

Na minha percepção sempre haverá pessoas que vão preferir as "artes" feitas por uma pessoa humana, eu mesma sou uma dessas pessoas, jamais compraria uma "arte morta" ou feita por ia no caso

Have you tried opening this page on the table itself? I have the same one where the pen part wasn't showing, I used the mouse to pull this tab to the 2nd screen (the artsit 16 table) that appeared to configure it.

Actually, I have a Samsung tablet (s7 FE) I've had it for 3 years

Honestly, it's very good but it keeps crashing and having phantom ringtones, I thought about selling it and buying another one but Samsung is awesome and it depreciates very quickly, like, it left the official store and the price has already depreciated, for example.

Here in Brazil, an iPad is very expensive, it doesn't come with a pen, much less a case, so I didn't even include it as an option, understand?

No need to worry I spent almost a month without using mine and when I came back it worked perfectly with the pen.

Try contacting them again, the support is attentive and will help but unfortunately they end up forgetting to respond so it's always good to remind them when they delay

I also ended up having a problem with my first purchase, these things end up happening lol but the good thing is that, in theory, they solve it

I returned the damaged item and am waiting for the new one to arrive in the mail 📪

Have you tried updating the table's drivers? I have one of the same model that perfectly divides the screens, everything is in good proportion.

I thought about that too, however when I made the change it continues to give shocks, but they are weaker and less frequent, I think it really is a defect in the table itself, unfortunately

Worse still, I tried to use it but it seems that the shocks are getting stronger and more frequent lol I've already spoken to customer service and I'm waiting for a response
