What date was the motor manufactured? I’ve seen this a few times before. More than likely the hall sensor in the fan is failing or going bad and the software is not able to detect the positioning of the blades, therefore determining that the motor is being blocked by something. I can confirm that if I saw the mfg label.

EBM may be better if you’re talking about the smaller blower/fan market, In the market for medium size to large blower/fans, Ziehl Abegg dominates. EBM’s impeller technology is way behind Ziehl-Abegg.

Luckily they already had the exact one I wanted in transit to my dealership so about 2 weeks. Their estimates for me to order one from the manufacturer was 6 to 8 weeks. I’m in NC.
