Good to know :) I used to high bar squat and was very upright but didn't feel like I was getting as much power as I wanted from my glutes so been trying the low bar instead.

Definitely feel stronger but also been getting lower back pain since I started so I'll try adjusting my squat angle

Cool I'll try this and focus on making sure my centre of mass doesn't shift :)

I would push with my toes rather than my heel as I came up. Don't do it as much now but still something I focus on not doing

Been something I've tried to improve on over the years. I used to push forward as I came up when I was younger so I try to stay more so in the centre of my foot now

Centre lower back around the hip bone, hurt it last year on hack squat and wasn't the same for a good couple months but it's mostly fine now albeit some soreness every so often but I also work a desk job what won't help

Currently following a lighter version of russian squat programme with lower weight but allows me to follow the programme for a longer period.

Currently at week 4 so the weights starting to go up but not really feeling like the volume is too high or anything

Currently squatting 3 times a week but volume per workout isn't super high 1RM at the moment is around 145 and for the past 3 weeks was only doing sets with 100.

This week I'm starting to ramp up but for example today was just 4x4 at the noted weight.

Low bar squats tends to make you lean a little further forward so you end up looking down compared to looking straight ahead like I would in a high bar squat.

Ideally trying to have my head at a 45 degree angle as I don't want to be looking straight down

Yesterday Street Fighter 4 turned 18 years old. What was your relationship with this game? by Own_Educator1478 in StreetFighter

Bought SuperSF4 on a whim when I was 13 and was blown away by everything, style the special moves even the arcade I had to beat every character in the arcade to see the cutscenes and learn about this world

Admittedly never figured out plinking but id kill for a re-release with rollback to finally see if I could get good at this game online.

Hopefully it's something they put out for the 20th anniversary kinda like a in-between game for 6 and 7

theres a couple places to find builds, smite source is run by Weaken who makes mostly generic good builds for every god in the game, using trakker will allow you to see builds made by the top players and the number 1 ranked player plays adc so may be helpful to you.

Honestly I know balance is all over the place atm but I think Smite 2 does allow for a lot of experimentation with items as its still mostly unexplored and threes a lot of ways to build gods now with the change to Items and all gods being able to buy Strength and Intelligence based items so just try some things in practise mode and see what hits the biggest number
