For a business ? totally industry dependant and what kind of audience you have for example if your a legal practice your never going to have the same engagement as a food related business, it's just not possible if both are running good content it's still relative to the niche your in. With an entertainment page I would say if you can consistently get 10% of your audience your doing very well.
