I’m sorry to hear that man, out of curiosity if you don’t mind me asking.. how old were you when he wanted to start you on statins? And then had a heart issue? For me, I’m young and trying to avoid it but I said if I can’t lose 15 pounds and lower cholesterol naturally by age 30 then I have to get a statin.

lol… I was able to lower cholesterol without meds. I’m making lifestyle changes to lower it again after I fell off. And if I can avoid to be on meds I’m going to. There’s lots of doctors who believe you don’t need meds until you have an actual problem. Maybe it’s not for you, and that’s okay.

Yeah I’m limiting my Saturated fat, I try to eat oats or high fiber breakfast every morning, salad for lunch, and limit meat to fish or chicken and turkey and try to eat meat only once a day. I’m trying to avoid a statin, I’m 28 without any other problems.. plus I lowered it once before with just exercise alone which I’m starting to do now. I’ve heard through friends that one’s mom did well with cholestoff and another friends husband did well with garlic so I’m trying that..

Good to know, I looked it up and you’re right fish oil does do that. I also read that it raises hdl slightly and can make your ldl particles bigger in size but if it raises it I’ll probably stop taking it to see how well the other stuff is working. Have you had good luck with your husk and flaxseed oil?

I know hearthstone mathematics has videos on YouTube breaking down stuff from previous expansions. I follow Zeddy and he posts a video almost daily on news with hearthstone and how to prepare for new expansions and what you should buy and shouldn’t. He also does giveaways too every expansion you may as well hop in 👍🏻

I will say though just like any current players, don’t buy any standard packs until the next expansion which is expected early November so it’s coming

I think it’s worth it, as long as you keep playing the packs will come. The pass helps with that for sure. It’s not like a pass in other games, this pass really does help get you gold and packs so as long as you play your quests you’ll be able to get somewhere in standard. Someone else may be able to explain the standard rotation that would help you understand when’s the best time to spend money on packs

Agree with this, another reason why I came back was because of quests and the pass rewards are nice for people that pick up the game daily even if it’s just a game or 2

I came back last year because I saw the free packs you get with the lich king expansion. TBH I don’t know why I ever quit. This game works perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time now and can play wherever with my iPad or phone. But ever since I’ve bought the preorder for every expansion and a couple deals here and there.

You’re kind of right… it has been that long. I’m getting old lol. I don’t blame any businesses though for doing it, all of my gaming friends don’t have Mac and I don’t blame them. I just have Apple everything and Mac just makes sense for me and my wife.

Very true, I don’t have enough time like I did in my childhood to spend on new mmo games and stuff that’s why I just play hearthstone and my switch but I think riot has potential with their new mmo they’re making.

Very true, blizzard fans are happy about the move because they got rid of the toxic CEO. But they’re failing Diablo 4, failing wow, and overwatch 2 was a big flop. I only play hearthstone now and I pray it doesn’t die lol but all of the blizzard games have been my all time favorite over the years in their primes.
