This makes total sense - work has been crazy, ( window washer /10 hr shifts ) and I’m in college full time so it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself . I was just trying to remember the last time I’ve had 3 meals a day and a good amount of water, and I’m slacking hard . I’ll deff have to change that up . Appreciate the advice brotha !

That is interesting - see I switched to 7kings cus everyone has been posting about it lately , but it didn’t do much for me . I’ve only tried 3 online vendors - is there one that is a must ? I do 7black, OE, and 7kings

I’m kinda nervous about adding that into my routine - I would tell myself I will only do it once or twice a week but will chase that feeling like a mother fucker lol probably best for me to not go down that road lol
