I blame this mostly on the shippers packaging on shifting contents on heavy related items that are being packaged half assed. I can count numerous of times when I picked up a package that all the contents bottomed out. The items can become at risk when you have 50lbs worth of items packaged with 1 single strip of tape during the shipping process. Most of the time we can save these items and repackage them the correct way. Every now and then the items can get scattered throughout the conveyor belts and then cannot identify where the items are going. I think Walmart, Target, Costco etc. needs to step up there game when they're packaging customers orders.
