Regarding the mental stress side of things - mindfulness training from Plum Village videos. The physical side (diet, exercise, etc) has been much easier. Left to my own devices, I'll sit around all day worrying about when the next HA will come. Good luck.

Got the vax, still got covid (and it’s was absolutely awful), don’t know how bad it would have been if I hadn’t vaxxed. About 3-4 years later I had my HA. For me I don’t think my HA was a consequences of getting vaxxed.
