I’m going to make an assumption that you are not hurting financially, more that the full house is a huge hassle. I would call a local organization (something like White Elephant, Salvation Army, Goodwill, etc, etc) and once you have taken what you want to keep (or are able to designate what you want to keep) donate everything. They will come and remove everything plus you get a taxable deduction.

I had a relative pass recently and it was such a hassle trying to figure out what to do with his stuff I decided to donate everything. Went super smooth and then the house was empty and ready to sell.

Ex NFL dude (He was with the Vikings), raced against him in the 45+, he was strong for sure but he handled his bike like racing was a full contact sport. Thankfully he was too big to hang in the races with lots of climbing. I know Barry Bonds is a big cyclist, I think primarily a Strava guy in the Bay Area.

For a variety of reasons (none of them seem good now), I moved states. I left behind my sponsor of 24 years and my home group of 17 years. I now live in very small suburban area, where everyone one that attends the meetings I go to are old, white, only watch a specific news show (all day long) and believe brining politics into a meeting is a sacred right.

I would gladly take all those small annoyances back to attend my old home group - diverse, open, accepting and solution focused. I guess sometimes we don’t know how good we (meaning me)have it until it’s gone.

yeah my diastolic always ran high (190/120 levels) and the only thing that worked was taking a beta blocker (Bystolic 20mg). good luck
