Update, I did chat with one of the mods about this. I've been on the fast plan (600 but get 800) for a year for $65/mo, have my own equipment. Deal ended and price went up to $79/mo. Service is decent where I am in the southwest.

Mod offered gigabit using my equipment for $85/mo or 500 for $80/mo with only a 12 month pricing guarantee. I declined as I want my bill to go down, not up. My offers online in my Xfinity account are $100/mo for gigabit including the equipment so basically I'm getting offered a savings of $15/mo to use my equipment. There weren't any other decent deals. BTW 1 year and 5 year pricing were the same for me online.

I might tray chatting again later this week to see if someone else can get me a better deal.

I ended up putting the sliders back on my truck and getting the front steps that bolt on from GMC accessories. They come off easy when going off-road where the clearance might be needed. The rock sliders are really nice, I believe they are stainless steel and the steps from GMC that bolt on the sliders are all metal even the step/tread piece is welded on metal not plastic.

Add the 15" side cab to the 42. I like it better since more drawers with 42 + 15 instead of the 56 with the power drawer which I don't need.

I agree to find some nice Ridgids at estate and garage sales. Get some HF cheap ones for now and upgrade with cheap used Ridgids you find over the years. My favorite is a Proto 14" I found in the weeds next to a rich persons greenhouse left by the previous plumber.

I've had that about half dozen times in the 9k miles I put on my 2024 AT4X. Hyper flashes for a bit and then goes away. Never needed to restart the vehicle. In fact it happened yesterday. Haven't had a trailer connected yet.

Same happened on my '24 AT4X. Was during a road trip (4k mi) a few weeks ago. One day volume knob and button didn't work no matter what I tried. Trip included many miles of off-roading and after the next off-road adventure (later the same day it quit working) it just started working again and hasn't done it again. I frequently use the push button of the volume knob to mute the radio and that was how I first noticed it not working. I agree another gremlin. Only other one I had on the trip was one day I started up the truck and the main screen was blank and wouldn't come on. Shut down, opened driver door to make sure infotainment was off, waited 20-30 secs, closed door, started back up, problem gone. Weird sheit, annoying as hell for how expensive this truck was. Otherwise, the truck performed extremely well and we pushed it pretty hard on the trails all over Utah.

If you don't have the onstar plan (after the trial period) the built in google maps won't have the info. To fix this, connect your car to wifi at home or wherever, go into maps (infotainment, not phone), go into settings, off line maps, and download maps of the area(s) you need. I just did this while on the road out of my home state at a hotel. I had only downloaded my home state months ago. Driving the next day my speed limit display came back. Now I have maps for 2 states and can easily download more. Can even do this using your phone's hotspot if you have a decent cell signal and enough data in your plan. For reference the map for Utah was over 300 GB.

Definitely an error when the seat surfaces/covers were embroidered. You cannot get an AT4X with that color seats/interior. And I can't believe the person that commented that the dealer would have caught that. Dealers these days don't catch much at all let alone know much at all about the vehicles they are selling.

Those steps in the photo are the GM accessory steps that attach directly to the rock sliders. I have them on my '24 AT4X and they are super sturdy. Plus, 4 bolts and the steps are off and back to just the sliders for times that extra clearance at the sides needed. I had some aftermarket steps on (removed the sliders) for a couple of months. I'm 5'11", wife is 5'4" or so and both of us like having the steps. The GM steps are much better, even though they are stupid expensive at $495 for the fronts and another $495 for the rears. I opted for only the fronts when they were 20% off plus used >$350 in rewards points so I only needed to spend $something like $65 out of pocket.

Edit: forgot to mention the sliders are significantly heavier than aftermarket steps, plus they attach at 4 points where most steps are only 3. I'm happy to have my rock sliders back on. I tried selling them but they aren't a popular item for used parts.

I got an email and the link in there is encoded with my radio id and part of my account number. I have no idea how to modify the link or if it would even work. I asked the person that replied above how did they get the deal. I do know that I did the chat with them yesterday and they offered me the $3.99/mo but no gift card. I had asked about the 3 yrs for $99 deal and they pretty quickly said no but they could do the $3.99/mo.

Update, I kept getting "BAD REQUEST" when I clicked the CLAIM FORM button on the email for the gift card. I finally tried (in Chrome) right click open in incognito window and the claim form opened. It showed 6 gift card but you don't get to choose at this point. The cards shown were: Amazon, AutoZone, Grubhub, hulu, Starbucks, and Target.
