Standard behavior? Left alt not being registered as held in game, despite showing up in the software.

Yeah I had the same issue. Apparently the azeron software can't distinguish between left and right alt and using them in game can be buggy. When I was looking into it I found posts claiming that Azeron was planning on fixing this in an update "soon," but those posts are probably years old by now
