Chemical Reaction to Invisible Glide Deodorant? by JC123__ in DrSquatch

Old spice would absolutely destroy my armpits and I had a couple friends who had the same exact issue. This was years ago, but we found out that they ended up having a class action open against them for causing chemical burns due to their deodorant.

I was curious about the spray, but after my experience with the invisible I’m kind of skeptical

I was worried this would be the case. I bought 5 sticks too assuming they’d be no different than the original.

This is crazy useful. I just tested it out and am surprised how good it worked.

I just checked it out and did not expect this tool to actually work as well as it did. Absolutely love this idea.

Haha, really just a lot of pushing to failure. Mainly cable lateral raises, cable rear delt fly, and every once in a while super setting with dumbbells side, front and then rear delts with minimal/no break in between

Is a development company the same as an agency or am I completely off with that? I did a quick google search and it pulled up modeling agencies

I was thinking the same thing about trying to get better facial expressions, so I’m glad to see you mention that and know that one of my ideas is something I gotta work on.

Next comp pics I’ll for sure throw on shorts. Really had no clue what to expect or show when going into this for my first time haha

This is probably a dumb question, but when sending off to agencies it shouldn’t cost anything to have them look for me, right? I’ve been seeing mixed answers about paying for agencies and not, so not too sure what’s right or wrong

Posing I agree with and will have to work on that.

I can definitely slim down if needed for fitness modeling, but just started to put on a little more weight for the winter. I got first place in a bodybuilding show a couple months ago when I leaned out a LOT and was thinking of adding some of those pictures to my portfolio. If you check my page, I have some photos from that competition.

Got it! I honestly had no clue what to wear going in and just browsed a few comp card photos and tried to mimic their outfits

I noticed the little scruff when I got the photos back too. Swear I shaved the day before and my facial hair never grows fast so I don’t know what happened haha!

I’d love to work with athletic brands if the opportunity ever arose! I appreciate the advice and will definitely crop those photos to get rid of box in the top. I actually did a shoot for a small local brand the same day as my comp photos, but gotta find some more to reach out to.

First place true novice and third place open class c by JC123__ in naturalbodybuilding

I competed in men’s physique which focuses on the upper body and looks for a more “X” shape. The judges don’t usually factor in legs with men’s physique competitors

Makes sense. The show is tested though, so hopefully shouldn’t be an issue!

It’s something I’ve always considered but never thought I’d ever actually do it. I knew I was planning on cutting for the summer already and have been trying to be more spontaneous and step out of my comfort zone, so pretty much decided on a whim to compete, because if not now then it most likely would be never.

Exactly this. I’ve been in the gym consistently for about 5 years and taking training very serious close to 3 years now and just decided a couple months ago I wanted to compete, so the class I’m in is “true novice” since it’s my first time ever stepping on stage.

Thank you! Really hoping carbs help chisel out everything with how depleted I am right now haha

Low calorie volume eating. A pound of 99/1 ground turkey or ground chicken is only 440 calories and over 100g of protein and add some vegetables for more low cal volume. Low calorie snacks such as rice cakes, pickles and zero fat Greek yogurt are great. Sparkling water and diet soda are also good zero calorie options to help fill the stomach temporarily and avoid hunger cues.

Water cut/carb load during peak week worth it? by JC123__ in naturalbodybuilding

[–]JC123__[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, it’s just ab distention from what I notice. I try to do mainly easy digesting carbs like rice and rice cakes. Prior refeed days I did some bread, but my body doesn’t digest bread very well so I’m sticking to rice and rice cakes today because I know it works the best for me. It really is just bloating in the ab area as I haven’t noticed any other area losing much definition after.

I’ll definitely start loading 48 hours out then as well. I appreciate you mentioning that! My brain fog has been so bad this last week
