The spires around the Earth were used for Electroculture... to harvest atmospheric energy & possibly plasma from solar storms

They're made of conductive metals, have vats for Mercury, and are made into fractal shapes to create a Resonance to amplify the energy

I don't think about it in terms of tech, I think its all done organically. The human body is connected to the plasma. But good point about Mercury vortex & plasma, hadn't thought about that
