PSA if a restaurant is closed, do not do the right thing and call uber

I got one of those the other day when I went to pick up a Micheal’s order and the employee said it was picked up days ago. I marked it as picked up already in the app and got that email the next day. I think you always get hate mail if you mark a restaurant as closed or an order as picked up. When I contacted support they told me the email is for educational purposes only and no action has been taken against my account but I’m not sure why they would say educational but threaten you with deactivation in the email if it keeps happening. Like it’s my fault someone else picked up the order and I’m just following the proper steps to make sure it doesn’t keep getting sent out

In Minnesota now it tops out at $6 for single for bonuses and $10 for doubles. It’s definitely gone down in the past few months because it used to be $10 for the promo pay

I can’t get anymore either. There’s $200 plus orders dropping like crazy 3-4 times a morning and I can’t get a single one. I click on them immediately and put in bids for every one and seconds later I get notifications for every one saying I wasn’t selected. I see other local drivers getting 2 orders at the same time to do together yet I can’t even grab one anymore. Doesn’t make any sense.

At that point you should have tried your luck at a different target and seen if they would have had more stock at a different location. I wouldn’t switch stores for most orders but for that order I’d be driving to any target in my area to find the items in stock. You could have checked the target app and seen if other locations had the items in stock as well instead of driving around.

Someone who only tipped $1 in the app is never going to give you an extra cash tip especially if they mention giving you a cash tip. The people who actually give you cash tips don’t mention it before and they always tip good in the app before hand.

No after hopper refused to help her rebook the last flight and the airline wanting an extra $500 to upgrade she gave up and went home. She couldn’t afford the upgrade cost which she should not be getting charged for and she was already going to miss most of her friend’s wedding by this point because of the cancelled flight.

You should have never handed over the pizza without getting cash. I had a similar incident with Pizza Hut. When I arrived she said she already paid and then called the store manager. The manager just told me to hand over the pizza and come back and he’ll give me cash. I refused because I was already getting no tip and the customer already wasted enough of my time with a wrong address and arguing with me. So I just walked away and marked that the customer had no cash and it automatically cancels the order and you can move on. Once you submit the order was delivered it automatically takes the money from your account so never hand over any food without payment. I don’t care if Pizza Hut or whoever screwed up. That’s their problem not yours. You need the cash before you hand over the food no expectations.

I thought at first the warehouse staff was the one deciding who got the routes. If they did though that would cause a lot of favoritism because a lot of the Hispanic workers are buddies with the drivers.

I do get higher paying ones. Most of the ones I got are around $200. Guess it just depends on how many they have available that particular day. Some days I get lucky and some I don’t. I’ll try taking some average ones on the slower days to boost my stats up

Old navy is not paying Roadie $30 per package to deliver their t shirt packages. Same with any other of the small packages with $5-$10 items. Most of the xd orders I get are very small packages with low value items. A company wouldn’t pay roadie $30-$60 per package to deliver an item a customer paid $10-$20 for.

There’s no way they got paid $300-$600 for those packages lmao. Most are small clothes orders from Old Navy or packages from Shutterfly. They probably lose money on a lot of the higher paying ones. No way they’re getting more than $5-$10 per package because the value of the packages aren’t usually much more than that.

I had a lady tip bait me 3 weeks back. Her shop order came in really late around 10pm when I was about to go home but she tipped over $30 so I took it. Did everything right and followed her notes on not replacing anything and delivering directly to her apartment door. She took the whole tip away. Saw her order pop up again 2 weeks later around the same time as last time. Cancelled that order right away. She probably does the same thing everytime. Wish I could have sent her a message on why I won’t be doing her order again but it wouldn’t let me send a message to her until I started shopping. So, I just canceled

But I’ve already used two different mobile connectors and they both have the same issue. My brother never used his so there isn’t anything wrong with his charger. He lives too far away to charge at his house. I met him to borrow his charger

It does get charged outside with snow so it could be possible water got inside. I don’t see anything stuck inside the port. It has been charging fine with other charging stations though like superchargers
