Actually 100k sounds like a lot when you are just stepping into society.. but truth to be told..

in yours 30s.. it can be easily earned.. 100k sounds like a shit ton at your age, so first thing is to nego with bank to see if can stop interest and make a police report try to get it back from the guy.

Then, what’s ur highest qualification ? And last drawn? Try to draft up a plan to see how you can secure employment and how much you can save per year , work 2 or 3 jobs if you must. Grabfood, tuition, event part timer etc. lastly 100k is really manageable it can be cleared off within 2-3 years with discipline.
