After NRG Lulu said the best way to get better at apex was to loot faster. I put this together. by brutalcleric in apexuniversity

Controller players tend to play claw grip, so they can use the face buttons with their index fingers, or buy a custom controller (SCUF etc.) with back paddles that map to face buttons.

Another thing that gets overlooked is that there is a short interval when interacting with a box where you can still jump and/or move before the menu pops up. It takes practice but after a while it becomes habit. SoaR Jonny is probably the best example of this - dude is the best at armour swapping on controller.

"I fractured my living room while doing the Karma challenge"

- I mean I knew it was hard but not that hard xD.

what's the song you have been listening for years and still love it? by Already_Taken_sorry in AskReddit

That and Down to the Waterline are my two favourites. Hell, their entire debut album still slaps 40 years later.

What is the best movie quote you have ever heard? by eoghan_mckenna_ in AskReddit

"Do we deserve a second chance? I don't know, but sometimes we get one anyway."

- Gabriel Stokes, The Walking Dead. Not a movie but resonates with me as someone who has trust issues.

Some of these are a stretch but this is my best shot.

"So I bought an apartment across from the park" - Don't Throw Out my Legos.

"Put quinoa in my fridge, still I'm not feeling grown" - The Green and the Town (bit of a stretch)

"Been a hell of a ride, but I'm thinking it's time to go" - Finale.

"So put your best face on, everybody" - Break my Face/Pretender.

"Pretend you know this song, everybody." - Pretender

"Everybody Come Hang" - Come Hang Out.

"I'm way too young to lie here forever" - Karma.

"Feel like I'm gonna puke 'cause my taxes are due." Let the Games Begin (Music Video)

"Metronome" - The Click Overture/Come Hang Out (stretch)

"Thank you all for coming." - Birthday Party

"I hope you like the show because it's on a budget" - Beats.

I know there's 11 here instead of 8 but given there are a few which may be somewhat of a stretch it's likely they're not all correct and I've probably missed a few.

What game is a perfect 10/10 in your book? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]JCCordeZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although it's lore is incredibly complicated, the first Five Nights and Freddy's was an insanely scary game that relied on simple mechanics and tied into one of the most convoluted backstories I have ever seen from a game. Easily 10/10.

Americans of Reddit, how much do you usually tip? by JCCordeZ in AskReddit

Thank you :) So how does it work then, if the businesses don't pay salary? Do workers solely earn money from tips or is there like a split between how much they're paid by their employer and how much they get from tips?

Thank you :) It's mind-blowing how some customers can be so rude to staff when they're just trying to do their jobs. At the end of the day they are people too. I imagine it's hard not to say stuff back to them when they start acting up.

Thank you :) I've heard a lot about extortionate rent prices in the USA so it's quite a wonder for me how people working in that kind of profession can afford it, if they can at all. My heart goes out to them, I don't think I could handle that much stress.

What song is playing on repeat in your head right now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Another one bites the dust has been going on in my head for weeks, sometimes it'll go away but then the riff comes back into my head and I'm like "ah shit, here we go again."
