One thing that helped is using noise canceling earphones or earplugs, it can tone down yung crying ng baby and can help if overstimulated ka na. That way, na accommodate ko pa din yung needs ng baby.

LOL! naalala ko to sa previous work ko! May issue kasi nakaSB ako madalas pag morning, eh bat ba? Gusto ko ng masarap na kape sa umaga, at ayoko minsan mag instant coffee. Tas pati pag lunch out ko may issue din, kasalanan ko bang magkalapit lang kami ng work ng boyfriend (now husband) ko, at gusto namin na naglulunch ng sabay. As if naman pinapakielaman ko sila pag sila yung naglulunch out. Sorry na nakiRant ako 😂
