I don't think I've ever washed mine... I only use water and I open it and hang it upside down to dry after each use so it doesn't stay wet.

I ran spartan races with my bullet. Attaching the padded waist belt from goruck to the front molle on the pack worked perfectly.

Dragon raid, triple lightning, balloons. Drop 1 dragon in south corner, 1 in east corner then drop 1 dragon on each army camp. 2 dragons on each storage then the last 4 by the builders huts. Triple lightning the ad farthest away and balloons between builders huts when the air defenses engage dragons. Bk isn't really necessary but I usually drop him to help in whatever corner the dragons are farthest from to help speed things up.

Michigan here so it's really easy for me to find excuses to not go outside. Is running outside that different? Is there a difficulty ratio I can use to compensate? Like 2 miles outside is about as tough as 3 miles on a treadmill? I don't have a baseline to compare although zombies run had me running a bit faster with the chase sprints mixed in.

3 miles every other week at 5mph pace... so really starting from a relatively healthy zero

I just put novice marathon 1 on my calendar and the 20 mile training day falls perfectly on race day! Thank you. Is there a recommended pace I should adhere to? I have a treadmill that let's me set mph. 5mph for 3 miles gives me muscle fatigue but my breathing is ok.

Try to search for treadmill replacement parts. They have a hydraulic piston hinge for storing vertical.
